So often, we move through our lives (and our yoga practice) like a run on sentence. We bounce from one thought or movement to another, without clear intention or direction.

What if you put a bookmark in your summer? What if you carved out one full day to act as an editor in your own life?

‘Note to Self’ is a one day yoga retreat that will create the space for you to find the word(s) that act as a guiding light for you, on and off your mat. Instead of a run-on sentence, cultivate a simple ‘note to self’ that will help you create your better self/yogi - every day.

Join Ari Chicklis (RYT-200 and owner of  a private yoga, retreat, and personal training business - upliftedmovement.com) and Amy Tetreault (RYT-500 and Director of Teaching at Sol Power Yoga) for this full day retreat that features: 


On the Mat Movement: Ari and Amy will ‘team teach’ a vinyasa flow class, focusing on moving with clear intention on the mat.

Off the Mat Journaling and Discussion: We'll come together to journal and engage in an open discussion that helps us learn - What is our ‘note to self’?

Lunch: Enjoy an amazing plant based meal provided by Sydney from Nourish Mindful Events.  The food from Nourish is all made from the highest quality ingredients and is locally sourced and seasonally inspired whenever available.

Restorative Yoga Practice: Ari and Amy will round out the day for you by slowing down, breathing, and relaxing.
